Ingredients:

Cod liver oil 1000 mg provides Vitamin A
1000 IU (300 microgram retionol
equivalents) and Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol
2.5 microgram) 100 IU.

Contains: Fish| Sulphites

Usage Directions:

Adults – Take 2 capsules a day

Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Contains sulfites and fish. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist

The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men
