Usage Directions:
Directions: Take 1-2 sachets daily. Empty contents of 1-2 sachets into a glass of water (250 mL) and drink, or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
