Each Premular tablet contains:
Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 extract 20mg equivalent to dry fruit 180mg
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals.
For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional.
Vegetarian friendly formula. Premular contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy or artificial colours or sweeteners. Premular tablets contain a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).

Store in a cool dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
