Description:

This eye gel by GenTeal is sterile, preservative free and are ideal as an ophthalmic lubricant. It works as a solution for people that suffer from dryness and eye irritation caused by fatigue, discomfort and environmental factors like smoke, wind and dust.

Ingredients:

Actives: 1g of GenTeal Gel contains 3 mg hypromellose and 2 mg carbomer 980.
Inactives: Sodium perborate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid, water for injections.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Instil 1 or 2 drops in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s), as needed.

The frequency of administration depends on the severity of the condition.

On average, one drop is administered 1-3 times daily.

If needed, GenTeal Gel may be administered more frequently. The tube must be held vertically above the eye.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

If eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye are experienced or, if the condition worsens or relief is not provided within 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution. Keep container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy. Discard contents 4 weeks after opening.
