Usage Directions:

Similar to our protein powders, you can take Plant Protein water before/after workouts, or anytime of the day to help increase your protein intake. To make, simply add 1 serving 15g (2 scoops) to 500-750ml water and mix well in a protein shaker, water bottle or blender. You can also add a serving to your daily smoothie or blend with water and ice for a refreshing slushie.
