Description:

This hot/cold pack is meant to be applied externally to a body surface and provide cold or heat therapy. The cold therapy works by contracting blood vessels reducing internal bleeding. Medi-Pak cold can be used for temporary relief from headaches, migraines, burns, scalds, toothache, insect bites, R.S.I. pain, muscle aches and sprains, tennis elbow, nose bleeds, prickly heat and most sporting injuries.

In order to activate the hot pack either place Medi-pak flat in the microwave on the lowest setting and heat for 2 minutes or place Medi-pak in a vessel & pour boiling hot water on it. Let it rest in the hot water for 3 – 5 minutes for it to reach the required temperature.
