This cod liver oil by Melrose is derived from wild Icelandic cod from the pristine waters of the northern Atlantic. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Usage Directions:

Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily.

Children 2 to 12 years take 2.5mL daily or as directd by your health professional.

Best consumed with food. Pleasant orange flavour.

Store in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
