Metsal Heat Rub Cream is for the temporary relief of pain associated with sprains & strains, arthritis & rheumatism, lumbago & fibrositis. It is non-greasy, invisible, and non-staining.

Ingredients:

(In each g): Methyl Salicylate: 283mg, Eucalyptus Oil: 88mg, Menthol: 20mg.

Usage Directions:

Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal Cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.

Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle, and joint pain.

Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity.

During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.

After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains, and sore muscles.

When injured: Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.

Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain. Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.

Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.

Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.

Store below 30ºC.

While using this medicine:

• For external use only.
• Keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions
• Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages
• If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist.
