Description:

Poly Gel Lubricating Eye Gel moisturises the surface of the eyes for fast, long-lasting relief for dry, irritated eyes. It may help to relieve the feelings of dryness, irritation, burning, stinging, grittiness, or foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors.

Poly Gel Lubricating Eye Gel is preservative free, making it particularly suitable for regular use for those who experience sensitivities to preservatives.

Poly Gel Lubricating Eye Gel is supplied in a pack of 30 sterile single use plastic vials.

Ingredients:

Carbomer 974P 3 mg/g with sorbitol and purified water. May include sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Usage Directions:

Completely twist off tab.

Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as required or as directed by your doctor.

Preservative-free drops that come in single-use vials should be discarded either immediately after use or up to 12 hours after opening.

Storage:

Store below 25°C.

If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. discontinue use and consult a doctor. Following instillation, your vision may become blurred for a short period of time. The contents of each individual container are sterile until opened. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to eye or any other surface. Use before expiry. Keep out of the reach of children.
