Remifemin sleep has been formulated by the maker of Remifemin, the German plant-based medicine specialists Schaper & Brümmer, to address the sleep problems experienced by menopausal women.

Sleep by Remifemin is a combination of three herbs that have been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help people who suffer from nervous restlessness (daytime) or poor sleep quality (night time). It may help to:

• Promote calm and restfulness
• Support the onset of sleep and healthy sleep quality

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to dried:

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 412.5mg

Common Hops (Humulus lupulus) 138mg

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 225mg

Usage Directions:

Take 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before going to bed. In extreme cases of sleeplessness (especially when caused by anxiety) take 2 tablets 2-3 times per day.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Store below 25°C.

Warnings:

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
