Ingredients:

Beta Alanine, HMB (b-Hydroxy b-methyl butyrate), Creatine HCL (hydrochlorides), Eleutherococcus Senticosus (Siberian Ginseng), L-Taurine, Betaine Anhydrous, Natural Caffeine (from Green Coffee Bean), Green Tea (leaf) (as VASO6™), Theacrine (as TeaCrine®), Cell Charge™ (Fulvic Minerals), Natural Flavour, Citric Acid (E330), *VEGAN Silicon Dioxide, Natural Sweetener (Stevia).

Usage Directions:

Mix one scoop (4g) or two scoops (8g) in 400ml of water.
Shake or stir for 5-10 seconds or until powder is dissolved.
